CSS Reset

The basic premise of a css reset is to help with browser inconsistencies. Use this CSS at the very beginning of your main CSS file. Most frameworks have a CSS reset built in, so if you are using any kind of CSS framework (i.e. Blueprint CSS), this is not needed.
